CAPTURING YOUR EXPERIENCE

We’ve got a super-speedy team behind the scenes, editing your videos and photos to take away while you’re still buzzing from the experience. They’ll be working with footage and stills from cameras we have in places you wouldn’t believe, but not in a gross way. For Bungy Jumps, we’ll show you everything from you shuffling out to the edge, waving to the crowds and taking that momentous leap.

For Swings, we’ll track your release and use a wide angle to show you an epic sense of proportion. Our professionals know what they’re doing, and are going to give you an epic video or photograph of your adventure.

Can I download my video to my Smartphone or Tablet?

You need to read the instructions for your particular device of how to do this as the process will be entirely dependent on the device you are using.

How long does it take for my photos and video to be available?

If you purchase our online option, in theory your proof should be ready within half an hour. However, on busy days this can take longer with the volume of data uploading. As you might have noticed, our products are in remote and challenging areas where data connectivity is challenging!

If your IDIDIT code doesn’t work the first time you try, don’t panic, your media will just be queued and waiting to upload. If it’s been over 24 hours and you still can’t access your media, feel free to email us.
I’ve downloaded my video successfully, but it won’t play on my computer?

We recommend you use the media player VLC if your default media players do not work. This is a universal media player for PC’s and Apple MAC’s and is highly regarded in the marketplace. It is free to download so head to Google and search VLC (the one with the orange road cone!)
I’ve accessed my IDIDIT account already, but I can’t remember my password?!

No problem, first try to reset your password yourself but if this doesn’t work then flick us an email, please include the email address you’ve used to log into IDIDIT, and we’ll amend your password for you.
Can I return or exchange my Photos or Video?

Once you take receipt of your photo and video purchase (includes all forms of photo and video distribution methods) there is no right of return for exchange or refund.
Is Photo and Video permitted for commercial use?

All AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand photo and video is not permitted for any commercial use; we reserve the right to use any recording and images for promotional purposes without reward.
What options are available to purchase my photos?

Our core content is a professionally produced video and minimum set of 8 photos that are available Online or on two choices of USB key – standard USB 3 carabiner style USB, or our 5-Way USB key providing direct connect to devices via standard USB 3, i-Phone connection, Android, USB-C, and MicroSD. As we upgrade our Photo and Video technology across our products, we are introducing bonus photo and video content that is available on day, on one of our USB keys only.
What size are my digital photos?

High resolution, good quality images. They are the same quality no matter what option you choose.
Technically, photos are around 3800x1600, and vary between 1-4 megabytes depending on the photo composition (how much colour and contrast in the photo). Photos are shot on Canon or Nikon cameras, depending on site/activity, in Medium, “normal” jpeg format. They can be printed A3 and they look great!
We cannot provide the RAW format straight off the cameras as these are simply too large to process in a timely manner and store for the volume of customers we have.
How long will my photos and video remain online?

Photos and video are online for 6 months. They must be downloaded within this period as they will be purged past that point. If you forget to download your content within that time, we may be able to re-upload at a cost of $20.00.
What options are available to purchase my video?

We provide high definition videos for all our Jumpers, Swingers, Bridge Climbers and Zipriders!
Our videos are in the high definition range and provided in a number of formats specific to the purchase option chosen:

Online
HD video and photos are shown directly from our website and downloadable as many times as you wish. The speed and bandwidth of your internet connection will determine the performance of viewing your content.

USB
We provide the HD video and high quality photos on our USB keys.
